What happens if you do not receive the settlement payment?

If you don’t receive the settlement payment, please first start by checking that your bank account is linked and verified. If no bank account is connected and verified, no funds can be deposited. To check, please log in to the Merchant Portal and select “Bank Accounts” in Settings. Ensure that there is a valid account listed.
